Four letters (owner code + U) followed by seven digits. The last digit is a check digit.
Bill of lading number
Shown at the top of your B/L
Use the house B/L number on the document we issued, or the carrier’s master B/L number.
Booking number

Useful before the container is loaded, while the booking is being prepared.
How do I track my container shipped with ARK?
Enter the container, bill of lading or booking number above. WhatsApp opens with the reference filled in, and our operations team replies with the latest status from the carrier, including vessel, ETA and any holds.
Where do I find my container number?
The container number appears on your bill of lading, the arrival notice and the container doors. It has four letters followed by seven digits, for example CSQU 305438 3.
What does it mean if the check digit does not match?
The last digit of a container number is calculated from the first ten characters. If it does not match, one of the characters has probably been mistyped. Check the number against your documents.
