A R K SHIPPING SERVICES LINES L.L.C is an NVOCC and freight forwarder based in Al Nahda, Dubai.

Who we are

Built for importers and exporters who need answers, not excuses

ARK Shipping Services Lines (registered as A R K SHIPPING SERVICES LINES L.L.C) helps businesses move cargo in and out of the UAE. We operate as a Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier (NVOCC) for ocean freight — issuing our own house bills of lading — and as a freight forwarder for air, road, customs and warehousing.

Our customers range from Dubai trading houses re-exporting to Africa and South Asia, to construction suppliers, spare-parts dealers and growing retail brands. What they share is a need for a partner who books the space, checks the documents and keeps them informed until the cargo is delivered.

We work from Al Nahda, Dubai, with cargo moving through Jebel Ali Port, Dubai’s airports and land borders across the GCC.

How we work

Four commitments behind every booking

Accountable
As an NVOCC we put our name on the bill of lading. If something goes wrong, we own the fix.
Transparent
Quotes list every charge separately — freight, origin, destination — with validity dates.
Responsive
Messages are answered by the people handling your shipment, not routed through a call centre.
Practical
We explain documents, Incoterms and customs in plain language so you can make decisions quickly.

Leadership

Hands-on leadership, from booking to delivery

ARK is led by a Managing Director who stays involved in daily operations. Bookings, document issues and release problems reach a decision-maker quickly — which is often the difference between catching a vessel and missing it.

Our focus is long-term relationships with shippers: clear pricing, honest transit estimates and a team you can call directly whenever your cargo needs attention.

Direct line to management
Urgent issues reach the Managing Director directly, not a ticket queue.
Close to operations
Leadership stays involved in bookings, cut-offs and container releases.
Carriers and agents we know
We work with shipping lines and destination agents we trust to deliver.
Long-term relationships
We would rather keep a shipper for years than win a single booking.
